Globenu provides visa consultation, application assistance, study abroad guidance, and related immigration services. We are consultants — final visa decisions are made by respective embassies and consulates.

2. No Guarantee

While we have a 98% success rate, visa approval is at the sole discretion of respective embassies. Globenu cannot guarantee visa approval in any case.

3. Fees & Refunds

Service fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. Government visa fees are non-refundable regardless of outcome. Refund policy details available on request.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate and truthful information. Providing false information may result in permanent visa ban. Globenu is not responsible for rejections due to client-provided incorrect information.
